Another Boring Update!

I'm finishing up the last kit I'm for sure redoing before I reopen. Then I need to design a 100% new kit. Plus I need to update the overall look of this site. And get everything setup the rest of the way. Hopefully I'll get everything up and running for you all in the next 4 weeks, or so. Obviously I'm not rushing things! So, hang in there, it'll all be there SOON!

Why is Life ALWAYS so Unpredictable?

As I'm sure you've already figured, I'm running behind. Life has been busy and unpredictable. I still have a few old products to rework. AND I want to get you at least 1 full new kit before launching again. Here soon I need to design a new theme for this blog. This current look isn't exactly floating my boat!!! Stay tuned for further updates. Right now my best guess on launch date is mid-June. I don't to kill myself, or my team!

Status Update

I always tell the girls on my time that their real lives come first and foremost. Life is too short to not take care of what's most important and put it ahead of all of the little details. This last week was a crazy one in our world and it got me further behind in my design schedule. So, once again, I'm delaying the grand re-opening. There are a lot of things in the works over the next couple of weeks and I know my design time (which is already cut from previously) will be cut even further. I'm hoping to get everything up and running in early June. But I know we've got plans June 6-8, so I do not want that to be the first weekend! You all would be oh so frustrated when I wasn't available to take care of any issues that may arise!

Hopefully, one of these days, I'll be able to get a regular digital store up and going again so you can have immediate download access. But that requires money to pay for hosting, along with a variety of security features. And that expense is pretty low on my priority list!

I trust you all are having a blessed weekend!

Progress, Slow But Sure!

No, I haven't forgotten. And yes, I'm still working on getting things back up and running. :) I'm making progress. Everything is slowly moving forward. Real life takes precedence. Gone are my 100 hour weeks. I think I spend about 30 hours per week working now. Life is too short, right?

If anyone is wondering what NEW (and reworked) products I've got in the works, check out these previews. NO you cannot buy anything right now. I'll make a BIG announcement when that time comes, and you'll find Paypal links with the option to purchase. :)

And, these are just the beginning. I'm revamping several other kits and designing some new ones too!

Right now I'm shooting for the weekend of May 16th to open again. I've had a few busy weeks and have a couple more ahead of me. Well, to be honest, our entire schedule is looking busy, lol. Which is why I'm postponing the opening. I want to make sure everything works right! And you've got some new stuff to choose from.

Once the store is actually OPEN, only expect 1-2 new releases each month. I'm going to get you a variety at the start, although most of them will be revamped products. I don't want to give you all of the new stuff now and not keep you coming back!

Wishing you all a very BLESSED week!

About Me and I Want to Hear from YOU!!!

For those of you wondering what I've been up to for the last year, well, where do I start?!? It's been a whirlwind of a year! My hubby and I have been in Florida for just over a year now. We were super excited last year to get our car registration and drivers licenses changed to Florida. Now that was a fun day! We love living so close to everything, although I think when we finally purchase a home we may move to someplace a little more residential. We are currently living in a subdivision that is about 75% short-term vacation rentals. It's interesting seeing who are new "neighbors" are from week to week. And, watching them either 1) be amazed that people actually live in Central Florida or 2) freak out when they see our dogs. Apparently you're not supposed to see dogs while on vacation!!! Our one set of neighbors comes down from New Brunswick every February-April. We were so happy to see them return last month. They are the sweetest couple and our dogs absolutely adore them. They insist on stopping each and every time we take them for a walk.

We purchased our Disney annual passes last February, and just renewed them last month. Today we got our Magic Bands in the mail! I can't wait to try actually reserving ride times BEFORE we head to park. Thus far we've not been too happy with the new FastPass+ system. By the time we get to park pretty much everything is already taken. Maybe we can finally get to ride our favorite attractions at least once a month now! In June we got our Universal passes and then we broke down and got Sea World/Busch Gardens in July. We've used the Sea World/Busch Gardens passes the least. By the time my hubby gets home from work, Sea World is all but closed. Saturdays are busy with church and that only leaves 1 weekend day to play. We haven't decided yet if we'll renew or not. In case you haven't heard, there are some MAJOR changes going on at Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure with the Harry Potter stuff. If you haven't already, and if you're a Harry Potter fan, you should check it out. We so can't wait!!! The Wizarding World is already so much fun. I can't help but think that the new stuff is going to make it that much more amazing!

Right now I'm in the midst of so much stuff for the business. I'm trying to finish up the various Walt Disney World layered titles. I'm going to add the remaining parks, resorts, Downtown Disney, all restaurants, shops, pretty much everything. But they take FOREVER. I'm taking a break on those right now to work on other things. Obviously I'm doing some work on this site. What do you think? I don't feel like I have a ton of time to customize it, so I'm just using some generic Blogger themes and such. I'm trying to learn Adobe Muse and see if I can build my personal site back up using it. I'm revamping some of my previous releases and trying to design some new stuff. I'm shooting to open during National Scrapbooking Day, but we'll see if everything comes together or not. I refuse to put in 100 hour weeks like I did previously. That was insane! Life is too short. There are so many other higher priorities. Like family, friends, and time with our church family. I encourage you, figure out your priorities. Life is so short. You never know what tomorrow holds. Enjoy each and every day to it's fullest. Make sure those in your life know how much they mean to you. Say "I love you!" every chance you get.

Now what I want to hear from you...

  1. What would you like to see in the store?
  2. Any product requests?
  3. Past products... Which ones do you for SURE want back?
  4. And are there any that you'd like to see revamped? If yes, tell me what.

I may just be giving out some goodies, you never know!

And just so you all know what I've got in store. Things are going to be kept super simple. I'm only planning to have 1 for sure release each month. No coupons, few sales, just low and fair pricing. You all know that you've gotten a great deal on products in the past. Expect more of that.

Wishing you all a magical and blessed week!

Slowly But Surely...

Hello there! You've probably wondered whether or not I'm still alive. I can guarantee you that I am indeed still alive and kicking. And... I'm in the slow but sure process of coming back. As of right now I don't have a start date, but keep watching. For the time being EVERYTHING will be here on this blog. Eventually I'll get my own site back up and running, but it's on hold. Lots to do. I'm reworking some old stuff. Designing some new stuff. And trying to figure out how to integrate everything.

If you want to be kept in the loop, subscribe to this blog to get updates since this is where it'll all be posted.

Wishing you all a wonderful (and magical weekend)!
