How can I pay for my goodies?
The only form of payment accepted is Paypal. You can easily checkout with Paypal even if you don't have an account. Paypal keeps all of your personal information private and encrypted.
Can I share my purchases?
Please direct your family and friends to my site to pick up their own goodies. This also applies to all freebies. If someone asks you about a freebie, please send them my way!
What about sales?
If you've been following me from the start, you know that you definitely get a lot of value for the money you spend. I will have sales, likely for special events (like Digital Scrapbooking Day and the like) but they will be few and far between.
How long will it take to get my download links?
Unless you see a notice on the site stating I am away, all download links will be sent (to the email address you paid with) within 48 hours once payment confirmation is received from Paypal.
I'm not happy with my purchase. Can I get my money back?
All sales are final. But, with that being said, if you find you have previously purchased the product, please contact me. We'll see what we can work out.
How long will I have to download my purchase?
You will have a minimum of 30 days to download your purchase. After that time, if your links are not working, please contact me.
What is the quality and size of the digital products?
All products are created at 300dpi. Papers will be delivered as JPG images and elements such as alphas, ribbons, frames, etc will be delivered as PNG images.
I want to post a layout I've created with one of my purchases to an online gallery. How do I credit you?
Please list the product name and my name (for example - Mouse Colors, October Dawn Designs). If the site allows you to link back to me, that would be greatly appreciated!
